1. What shipping methods are available?
Black Ankh Designs currently ships packages via the US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are based on an average shipping rate for items up to 8lbs:
- $9 - Standard shipping; Lg flat rate box; up to 7 business days
- $15 - Priority shipping; Lg flat rate box; 2 to 3 business days
- $20+ - Express; Lg flat rate box; next day by 5 pm (no shipping/delivery on Sundays)
Orders are shipped on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We ship to the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).
Military and P.O. boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. Box addresses.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Stock items can be shipped as soon as the next business day following the placement of your order. Standard shipping orders will be delivered in 3-6 business days. Accelerated /Priority orders will be delivered in 2-4 business days.
Please allow 2-3 wks on all specialty made to order items. We apologize in advance for items that may be on back order. Feel free to contact Black Ankh at 602-350-5756 (Mtn Time) to check the status of your order.
Online orders will not be shipped until confirmation of payment is received. Also, no delivery is made on holidays. As such, the delivery of your purchase may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Please call 602-350-5756 for all specialty orders to check print/fabric availability. Fabric prints are available while supplies last. Please check the availability and other fabric/print options before ordering. Fabric is purchased in limited amounts to ensure originality.
* RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Black Ankh Designs is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All unworn merchandise (excluding specialty made to order items) may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made (credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card, and all other forms of payment will be refunded via check). Shipping charges are non-refundable. With the exception of fitting concerns and adjustments, all sales on all specialty made to order garments are final due to their custom nature. Black Ankh's top priority is customer satisfaction, and we will make every effort possible to ensure that your expectation is met.
Credits/Discounts- Black Ankh Designs will gladly issue a credit voucher or discount coupon for a value equal to or less than your original purchase on a case by case basis for specialty made to order items.
